Shipping policy

My Little Chickpea ships to many location in Ontario. 

For orders over $100, we offer 1-2 business day shipping in the GTA (Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Milton and Georgetown) through UPS Delivery service. Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12pm will arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will arrive the following 2 business days. 

For orders outside the GTA, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. 

We require a minimum order of $70 in order to ship to the GTA.  A flat rate of $25 applies to all orders over  $70. 

My Little Chickpea reserves the right to deny shipment to specific locations. You will be contacted if this is the case. 


Shipping details

1.Shipping costs


  • Orders $70 and above qualify for shipping at a flat rate of $25.00


2. Shipping times


  • 1-2 business days within Ontario.
  • 2-4 business days outside Ontario.


3. Tracking you order


  • Every package we ship will have a tracking number.
  • We use UPS as our courier.
  • Once order is placed, you will be provided with your tracking number and this number will provide you with your delivery day and estimated time of arrival.


4. Damage or Incorrect Product received


  • Please inspect your package(s) when you receive it. Ensure products inside are what you ordered and that the products are not damaged. If there are substantial damages to your products or you received the wrong ones, please send an email to orders@mylittlechickpea.com. Please provide your name, order number/tracking number in the email and give us a summary of the problem. We may also require you to keep the shipping box and damaged products under certain circumstances.


5.Shipping Material


    • Most of our products (with the exception of dry ingredients & tomato sauces) are shipped in an insulated box which will contain ice packs for temperature control. Once you have received your order, please place product directly in the refrigerated/freezer (indicated on product packages) right away to help preserve the freshness of the product.


    6. Accepted payment methods


    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ShopPay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Interac.


    7. Shipping Courier


    • We use UPS as our courier. Please ensure you provide the correct address and include your buzzer/access code if courier needs to gain access to your building.


    8. Cancellations / Refunds


    • As our products are perishable, we do not allow cancellations. Refunds for damaged products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and any refund will be processed within 5 business days.
